Preamble.



Since there are no new expansion packs coming out any time soon, a few friends and I have decided to create Ages of Empires 3: The Age of Enlightenment. During this time we want to improve some Game play and a lot of good aspects of Ages of Empires 3. We started this Mod 10/17/2009 and we hope to finished around February 2010.

Features


we will be bringing back the Relic system Garrision relics in the church.Temple. to gain an coin Trickle at a very slow rate
The Market Trade system with a calvary unit going back and forth like a trade route and will drop resources at your market
Trade Cog system like above.
taking villager limit off of buildings,
adding Technologys from AOE2 as cards
Adding the University as a Building but it has to be allowed by a card first.
Remakeing most of the Loved Age 2 maps to age 3
adding a map for each new civilziation
making more regiced Maps
add new ships for each civilizations
New Native civilizations
Good Selection of Cards.

Civilizations


Korea, Austria, Maya, Italy, Sweden, Thailand, Safavids, Kongo, Mali, Ethiopia, Zulu , Mexico, US. Pirates
Different Aspects of Each Civilization will be added to make each civilization Unique. All civilizations will be able to play with the original 14 civilizations. Each new Civilization will have a Uniqueness and feature
We are open to any New Ideas that my be inputed into this mod.Are Forum and website well be up this weekend.we will love some of you to join use for are work can be and look its best.

Here's cards and such for the Austrian civilization.


The Austrian Civilization MUST have-

Good Farming and plantation gathering- this is historically accurate since most Austrians came to the new world (Esp. North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Manitoba and Minnesota) in search of better farm land that could be cheap. Since Austria is such a small area, this vast farm land was new to them, causing them to appreciate what they have more.

Some Ideas for cards:
“German lumberjack ideals” Ships in age 2 (2 vills, 15% faster wood gathering)
“Royal silversmiths” Vills gather coin 15 p. faster
“Austrian Farming” (Ships in age four and costs 2000 coin) villagers gather from plantations and farms twice as fast
“Austrian hunting squad” Ships 10 Jaegers, costs 1500 coin, shipped in age four (Infinite) (Team)
“Rural Defense” Vills get higher attack and enables second minutemen training from TC; Mills spawn minutemen when destroyed.
Der Orter Von Krieger- All military units get 20 percent more attack, but move slower.
Lippanazer Calvary- the Lippanazer Calvary sends you their best Calvary; ships 5 Hussar, 10 FU Uhlan and 3 War wagons, costs 1000 food and 1500 coin
Economic theory- Self evident.
Polish Support team-5 hussars; ships in age 3
Infantry attack-15% infantry attack (Age two)
Inf HP, 15% inf Hitpoints (Age two)
Inf. Combat- 15 Attack/HP (Age three)
300 food
300 coin
300 wood
800 wood (Age two)
700 food (Age two)
600 coin (age two)
“War Front”- Ships one barracks wagon
Literacy- Villagers gather faster, cost more, and move faster
Austrian Construction Ideals- Buildings built faster, cost less, but have less XP when built
Refrigeration
Royal Mint
Hungarian Revolution- half villagers turn into uhlans, vills can no longer be trained, costs 1000coin and 500 food
INF. CARDS

Jaeger (Age three, ships 4)
Villager-Age one for 50 food
Two vills (Age three)
House Wagon- Transforms into a house (Sends in 1; Age one, 3; age two, 10;age four)

Advanced mill

Advanced dock

Advanced Market

Advanced Plantation

Advanced arsenal

Advanced TOWN CENTER (More HP, attack, costs 200 wood less, train vills 5% slower)

Polish Support team-5 hussars; ships in age 3 - Change to 4 Polish Winged Hussars, powerful hussars with a big bonus versus infantry and a long range attack. Moves slightly faster than a hussar.
Infantry attack-15% infantry attack (Age two) Move to age 3 or decrease by 5%
Inf HP, 15% inf Hitpoints (Age two) Keep
Inf. Combat- 15 Attack/HP (Age three) change to 10% each
300 food
300 coin
300 wood
800 wood (Age two)
700 food (Age two)
600 coin (age two)
“War Front”- Ships one military wagon and 2 Pandurs (Skirmisher like units good versus other infantry and light cava;ry)
Literacy- Villagers gather faster, cost more, and move faster
Austrian Construction Ideals- Buildings built faster, cost less, but have less XP when built
Refrigeration
Royal Mint
Hungarian Revolution- All villagers become shutzen. Cost 250 food, coin
INF. CARDS

We added Mexico, had some problems that made it unable to play, but we're close to fix it fortunately.
The infinite levy seems interesting, good to give a nice twist in defenses to African civs, i'll consider it.
